Order Processing Time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship domestically within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our reach in the future.

Damages and Delivery Issues

Lumebydutta takes great care in packaging our glass candle jars securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it has been stuck in transit beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate the issue with the courier.
