Lumebydutta cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. 2. Pricing and Payment

All prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. We use secure, third-party payment gateways to process transactions. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Because our products include handcrafted scented candles, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Lumebydutta pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, eligible products can be returned within 90 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

In no case shall Lumebydutta, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
